Supervision for Nutritionists and Psychotherapists
Individual and group supervision is available on a one time or on-going basis.

For nutritionists a psychodynamic perspective is offered to enhance your understanding of your work with clients and develop your counseling skills.  Focusing on the "whole" client increases motivation, compliance and commitment.  When working with difficult cases like eating disorders, supervision also gives the clinician much needed support to decrease "burn out".  Looking at specific cases, I combine psychological theory, cognitive-behavioral skills and counseling techniques with an underpinning of neuro-science to increase the efficacy of your work.  Transference and counter-transference material is also explored to illuminate underlying dynamics.

For psychotherapists, supervision is an essential in order to keep your work vital and you interested.  Working from a multi-modal counter-transference perspective, we will look at your work and strengthen your skills.
